Quarter 1 Company Update – 2025
As we close out the first quarter of 2025, we’re proud to share some incredible milestones and events that have shaped a strong start to the year. From national events to fast completions, here’s a look at what’s been keeping us busy.
Industry events
We kicked off the year by hitting the road with HLPartnership, attending their roadshows across the country. These events were a fantastic opportunity to meet brokers from all regions, dive into complex cases, and build valuable new relationships, all while strengthening existing ones.
We also joined Primis Mortgage Network’s Kick-Off Events, which took us across multiple areas in the UK. These events gave us the chance to connect with brokers from all corners of the country and hear about the opportunities and challenges they're facing in 2025. As always, we came away energised and inspired by the conversations.
Finally, we had the pleasure of attending the Primis Live event at Wembley Stadium, an iconic venue and an unforgettable day. It was inspiring to meet with both long-standing partners and new faces in the industry.
Thought leadership in the spotlight
Our Head of Intermediary Relationships, Luke O’Sullivan, was featured in Mortgage Introducer’s "Broker in Focus" series this quarter. Luke shared his insights on bridging finance and the growing influence of challenger banks in commercial lending, a timely and valuable perspective on the evolving finance landscape.
Speed and service: Stronger than ever
Our commitment to efficiency continues to deliver results. Thanks to advancements in second charge mortgage criteria, 31% of our cases are now completing in under two weeks, a huge benefit for our clients and broker partners.
One standout case this quarter was a commercial mortgage completed in just 24 working days from enquiry to completion. We helped the client quickly raise capital to fund a new property purchase, demonstrating what can be achieved with collaboration and a well-executed plan.
