  • Why should I consider a Second Charge Mortgage?

    A Second Charge Mortgage may be the right solution for your client when they don't want to disturb or change their existing first charge, want to avoid ERCs OR a further advance application has already been declined.

    Second Charge Mortgages can be used for non-traditional purposes. Lenders accept most credit profiles, have different affordability models and products are available up to 100% LTV on residential properties.

    The security for a Second Charge Mortgage can be residential or a Buy to Let property.
