As we end the first quarter of the year, we’d like to look back and share some of the exciting opportunities and achievements that we have experienced.
Conferences & events
The start of the year was a busy time for us as we prepared for and attended various roadshows and events.
Paul Zammit, Steve Nobbs & Eleanor Glen hosted our first broker breakfast session in Watford. This engaging session drew in 18 brokers and it was a great environment for meaningful networking and discussion over some delicious bacon sandwiches. The event was a success, so you can expect to see more of these sessions in the near future.
Additionally, Paul and Eleanor actively participated in the Primis live event held in Wembley Stadium, which brought in over 500 brokers from across the UK.
Furthermore, Eleanor, took the stage in five Primis Mortgage webinars, engaging with a diverse audience of over 400 brokers from various regions across the country.
Concluding our series of events, Steve, Luke O’Sullivan, and Lorraine Warlow also actively participated in multiple HLP spring roadshows held across the nation.
All of these events have been valuable and have given us the opportunity to connect with both familiar faces and new brokers across the country. These interactions have been not only productive but also extremely enjoyable.
Partnerships
In early March, we took steps to enhance our presence by joining Paradigm Mortgage Services panel. By officially joining Paradigm's panel, we've opened up a wealth of opportunities for their members, who will now have access to our comprehensive range of financial products and services. We were also proud to announce our official membership with the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB). This further highlights our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality within the industry. As members of the NACFB, we're committed to adhering to their best practices and guidelines, which will help to ensure that our brokers and clients continue to receive fantastic service and support. In February, we were pleased to see our Unregulated Mortgages Director, Steve Nobbs, feature on the esteemed 2024 Bridging & Commercial Magazine power list. This acknowledgment underscores Steve's exceptional contributions to the industry and serves as a testament to his expertise and leadership within the specialist lending sector. Moving into March, we were thrilled to get shortlisted for the prestigious title of "Best Specialist Mortgage Broker" in the What Mortgage awards. We're honoured to be recognised in this category and are eagerly anticipating the awards ceremony. Thank you to everyone who nominated us for this esteemed award.

In addition to events and awards, we also announced the expansion of our product portfolio with the introduction of Asset Finance in this quarter.
